I use cool water and bring it to the boil. I stir the eggs in the pot constantly from before the water starts to boil as it centres the yolks inside of the eggs.

Want perfect peel EVERY TIME? Let eggs sit out for about 2 hours. then steam them in a steamer basket for 11 minutes. then off heat, lid still on, for 5 minutes. then immediately transfer to a cold water bath..
    DONE!

Boil your water first. Then add eggs for 13 minutes. Remove immediately and pour out water and put in cold water and ice. Keeps the yolks nice and yellow and makes them easy to peel.

This is not KETO, it contains sugar… KETO diet has no sugar. Where did your sugar come from? I just made deviled eggs with salt, pepper, mayo (no sugar), yellow mustard (no sugar). No garnish. Is the sugar in the garnish?

There is no sugar. you are right. The nutrition facts calculator used online arent always 100%.

Natural sugars are a thing. Keto isn’t 0 sugar, it’s low carb. If that was the case berries like raspberries wouldn’t be considered keto. musrard does have natural sugar in it. They can say it’s 0 carbs on the label because they usually list the serving size as 1tsp, same goes for most mayo. Even 0 sugar added mayo will have some carbs and sugar. Even eggs have a small amount of carbs and sugar. It all adds up when they go into a single recipe.

Added hint – after your eggs have been in a cold bath for 3-4 minutes, crack/roll your eggs and put them back into fresh cold water for 7-10 more minutes. Peeling will be a BREEZE.

I have never heard of putting the eggs into the boiling water nor have I ever boiled for 12 minutes. I put my eggs in cool water, bring to a boil for one minute. Then, take off the heating element, place a lid over eggs, let set for 10 minutes. Then, pour off hot water and refill with cold water. After cooling run cool water over the egg as you are peeling it! This has worked best for me and I have tried every way.

I cooked the eggs perfectly in the pressure cooker. You need the trivet that hopefully came with your hot pot. Add 1 cup water and your eggs. I cooked 12 with no problem. Set on HI pressure 4:00 mins with a quick release. Then I removed them to an ice bath.
I’ve tried to make deviled eggs in the past but not with out my husband giving them a down vote. But hallelujah! your Recipe was a hit with the only substitution of yellow mustard, He’s loving them.

CAN YOU HAVE BOILED EGGS ON KETO?
Eggs are high in protein and low in crabs.

Are crabs part of the recipe or is that a typo?
