OK.... I have gone to all the pharmacies I can find in Medway, Bellingham, Holliston, Milford, Lynn, Cambridge, MA.

No luck whatsoever.

I feel like I now have lots of pharmacist friends....

Thanks to the list of Kaiser-Permanente phone numbers that soitgoes provided, I located a partial bottle on a K-P pharmacy shelf in Oregon.

Just when I thought maybe every last one had been found, a new success.

The credit, of course, goes to soitgoes; I just called the number.

1kDan, I'm glad someone is still having success for you. I've found nothing.

Has anyone covered Austin or San ANtonio area? If not, I'll try to find list of pharmacies and start on those.
