Two weeks ago I delivered a presentation for Randox Food Diagnostics to the biggest audience I’ve had so far: around 310 people, and had to admit that had a natural feeling of being scary of public speaking. However, in the end was really calm and much more confident. Summary: it all takes time time and confidence comes with the practice! Are you scared of giving a public speech to the audience?
